Each hatband is individually hand crafted by real people who work hard and care a lot. That means that the band you see online may vary slightly to the one you receive. It’s kind of like identical twins except one has pierced ears and the other one doesn’t.

These products intentionally have imperfections. They are intentionally distressed and made to fray and be asymmetrical. They are made by hand, not machines in some far-off factory. If you prefer a perfectly crafted hat or hatband, this may not be your preferred choice. However, if you appreciate a product made from pure imagination with lots of good juju, then BAM! You found the perfect place to shop!

All that said, if something falls apart, we will gladly fix or replace it. Unless it’s obvious you were rolling in the dirt or you were involved in a gnarly bar fight.
