Shipping fees are listed individually for each piece. Some shipping fees may vary depending on the location or other factors. Insurance is not provided but may be available

for an additional charge.

Returns for “Ma and Pa” organizations are tricky. Even trickier when it’s just a “Ma” organization. These products have imperfections. It’s part of their charm. They are made by hand, not machines in a hat-widget factory. If you prefer a perfectly crafted hat or hatband, this may not be your preferred choice. If you appreciate a original creation made from pure imagination with lots of good juju and love, then BAM! You found the perfect place to shop!

All that said, if something falls apart, we will gladly fix or replace it. Unless it’s obvious you rolled over it with a tractor or it resulted from a gnarly bar fight.
